Resale of Original Artwork

The purchased artwork is an original work created by the Peter Palluth (WWW.BIIILLS.COM) in Denmark. By purchasing the artwork, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Artist retains all copyright and related intellectual property rights unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

If the Buyer resells the artwork within ten (10) years from the original purchase date at a price exceeding the original purchase price, the Buyer agrees to pay the Artist a resale royalty equal to ten percent (10%) of the resale amount exceeding the original purchase price.

The Buyer further agrees to notify the Artist in writing within thirty (30) days of any such resale and to provide reasonable documentation of the resale price and date.

The Buyer shall make reasonable efforts to inform any future purchaser of this resale royalty obligation so that the condition may continue to apply to subsequent resales.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights the Artist may have under applicable Danish or European copyright and resale-right legislation.
