Quality of binding of painting
Some canvases are not completely tight or some corners perfectly (meant in a traditional sense) made. Corners can be a bit over or under an angle of 90 degrees.
No coat, no rules
The paintings are not coated and the oil paint colors will therefore, if no other further action has been taken, slowly fade. That also means that the oil paint is fragile to touch or temperature. Be careful when moving.
As long as the painting isn't broken into pieces, continued painting on or directly broken you have our permission to coat it or rebind it on another stretcher frame. Just be careful with very thick layers of paint (for example the dishwasher) when re-stretched. The thick layered paint could possibly crack when stretched further.
Delivery time
The delivery time is so long (2-4 weeks) to be sure that the paint is dry.
Photos and reality
In our understanding photos of paintings almost always looks better than the real thing. We have tried as much as possibly to edit the documentation of the products to look as close to reality as possibly. If you want to have the closest preview to "reality" we can offer. Then we recommend to watch the website/documentation on a Macbook Air M2 with screen full brightness in dim natural light. Think before you buy.
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
